Job summary

Rocket Enterprises is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across our Georgia locations, driving guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

You will train and coach General Managers and GMITs, evaluate stores against QSC standards, manage performance, recruit leaders, and coordinate with Marketing to maximize local results while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

This role offers an opportunity for advancement within a growing franchise system.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years in management roles, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Financial planning and P&L management.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all district team members are trained and motivated to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant's standards and provide coaching.
• Communicate guest feedback to restaurant managers and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee GM and GMIT orientations, training, and development.
• Recruit and promote General Managers and GMITs; align talent with restaurant needs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions.
• Support marketing programs and local strategies.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation requirements.
