Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in multi-unit or corporate restaurant environments.
• Strong regulatory and food-safety knowledge relevant to local laws.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage P&L and labor targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide operational support and strategic planning to maximize sales/profit.
• Coach teams on food safety, product quality, and speed of service.
• Ensure staffing levels and succession planning for growth.
• Conduct monthly business reviews focusing on profitability and KPIs.
• Demonstrate situational leadership and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee marketing plan execution and staff training.
• Audit inventories and maintain equipment per brand requirements.
