Job summary

Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company seeking a District Manager to lead General Managers and management teams across North Atlanta area restaurants. You will drive sales, people development, and operational excellence, ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards.

Role requires 6+ years in restaurant management, leadership in a multi-unit environment, and flexibility for shifts, travel, and driving performance improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 2-Year Degree preferred.
• Minimum: 6+ years of restaurant management operations experience.
• Preferred: Leadership experience within a corporate structure; 2+ years as General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build People First culture through engagement, recognition, and training.
• Drive sales and profit with strategic planning and financial reviews.
• Increase sales by coaching teams on service quality and safety.
• Ensure proper staffing and hiring for management vacancies.
• Achieve Annual Operating Plan via monthly business reviews and KPIs.
• Provide situational leadership and maintain strong operational knowledge.
• Execute marketing plans and lead product training.
• Audit inventory and maintain equipment through approved vendors.
