Job summary

Rocket Enterprises, Southeast Georgia’s premier franchisee of Hardee’s, Huddle House, Sleep Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Captain D’s, seeks a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams across the district.

You will coach General Managers, analyze performance, and implement programs to improve guest satisfaction and profitability while directing growth for the franchise network.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years in management roles (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to lead and develop multiple restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assess district restaurant teams to meet performance standards.
• Train, coach and evaluate General Managers and GMITs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions.
• Support local marketing initiatives and company programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
• Recruit and promote leadership to meet growth goals.
