HMSHost at Raleigh–Durham Airport is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or cluster, ensuring the operation is clean, staffed, and open with strong financial performance. The GM will drive guest satisfaction, staff development and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires managing P&L, deploying resources for profitability, and coordinating with recruiters and leadership to sustain growth and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of P&L experience in restaurant operations.
• 5–7 years of overall restaurant experience in similar roles.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for part of the experience requirement.
• Strong leadership, team management and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability and meet targets.
• Hire, train, coach and develop restaurant staff; promote HMSHost locally.
• Maintain brand standards, safety, and compliance across the unit.
• Monitor financial and operational data to drive progress toward unit goals.
