Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 3 years of restaurant management with P&L responsibility and 5–7 years total restaurant experience.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute portions of experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and supervise opening/closing checklists.
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability and manage P&L.
• Hire, onboard and coach staff; ensure diversity and inclusion in the unit.
• Monitor financial and operational data to drive progress toward unit goals.
• Provide coaching and recognition to staff to meet business goals.
