Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to oversee a QSR restaurant or nearby cluster, ensuring cleanliness, staffing, and high standards. You will lead store operations, drive profitability, and coach a team toward business goals.

The GM I will manage scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the unit. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role requires strong leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience.
• Experience managing multiple units preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurants and manage opening/closing checklists.
• Staffing, scheduling and shift coverage to maximize profitability.
• Hire, promote, and terminate associates; promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
• Monitor financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
