The role requires strong staff deployment, coaching, and P&L ownership, with a focus on guest experience, safety, and brand compliance. Excellent leadership and operations acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant P&L management experience.
• Experience in QSR, Casual Dine or similar.
• Graduation from Food Service Management/Culinary program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant; ensure opening/closing checklists are followed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and manage shifts; meet objectives.
• Interview candidates; hire, promote or terminate; promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health and compliance standards.
