You will coach Practice Managers, Optometrists, and field leadership to close performance gaps and develop teams that excel in patient experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, practice visits, and strategic market plans with a developmental path toward broader field leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or comparable service/operations leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members or emerging leaders.
• Strong understanding of optical operations, patient care, practice flow, and business performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen leadership capability across the market by identifying and developing emerging talent and succession planning.
• Support talent attraction, retention, and development to ensure exceptional patient experience and practice performance.
• Develop high-performing teams through continuous improvement, innovation, and a growth mindset.
• Coach practice leaders on service behaviors, care expectations, and team engagement routines.
• Lead practice visits to assess performance, patient experience, and leadership effectiveness; identify opportunities to strengthen results and accountability.
• Translate company and regional priorities into clear market-level action plans for assigned practices.
