Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience across optical/healthcare or related sectors.
• College degree preferred; equivalent leadership and multi-unit experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable across locations.
• Strong understanding of operations, patient care, and service execution.
• Ability to analyze results, identify trends, and translate data to action.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead district leadership development and succession planning.
