Job summary

Affinity Eye Care (AEG) is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to support daily operations, patient flow, and team coordination on the practice floor.

You will learn multiple practice functions, assist with onboarding and coaching, and help ensure exceptional patient experiences while driving business results. This hands-on role aims to build leadership capability and readiness for broader responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in optical or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Ability to learn and function across multiple practice positions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, service execution.
• Work actively on the practice floor and assist across practice functions to support patient care and operations.
• Learn and support roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, technician/clinical support, and daily routines.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development, and communicate priorities and standards.
• Support interviews, onboarding, and follow-up as requested by the Practice Manager.
