Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 stores, train staff, and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment. You will lead merchandising initiatives, manage cash and inventory, and partner with upper management to set and achieve district goals.

The program lasts about 12 months with significant growth opportunities, including a company-provided vehicle for district duties and a strong focus on customer service and leadership development.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree or 5+ years of multi-unit retail operations management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience staffing, training, and supervising store leaders.
• Strong budget planning and profit & loss management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations as an Area Leader Trainee.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
• Drive profitability and cost controls across the district.
