Jobtailor in Atlanta seeks a Site Operations Leader to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations onsite. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

This role focuses on owning market metric performance, driving growth initiatives, and implementing cross-functional process improvements to scale operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences across sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
• Proven leadership managing 15+ employees and/or multiple locations.
• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Must live within a commutable distance to a DashMart location.
• Experience starting or scaling a startup.
• Operational experience in logistics and/or Fulfillment Center/Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Manage day-to-day operations of 4–6 DashMart locations onsite.
• Ensure site processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• Own market metric performance including quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities and implement growth plans to achieve goals.
• Execute process-improvement pilots and projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a positive employee experience.
• Contribute to market expansion and scaling efforts.
• Lead site-level culture and change management.
• Activate team engagement and channel frontline insights into cross-functional decisions.
• Work with central teams to deliver the best customer experience and provide teams with necessary tools, resources, and support.
