McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a patch in the Indianapolis/Lafayette area. You will coach general managers, drive QSC standards, labor cost control and customer service excellence.

You will mentor leadership, manage staffing targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvements to maximize sales and profitability while upholding McDonald's policies and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Restaurant Field Operations experience or similar field

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant managers uphold the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Ensure the restaurants meet or exceed operational goals laid out in the budget including Labor, Sales, Profit, Food Cost and controllable areas.
• Develop your managers to perform at the highest levels.
