Job summary

McDonald's is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and coach restaurant teams across multiple locations, driving sales, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with General Managers, enforce policies, and develop managers, with travel to assigned restaurants across the region.

This is a full-time, growth-oriented role within a fast-paced, people-focused franchise environment offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foodservice experience (preferred).
• 5–10 years as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or casual dining.
• Graduates of Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone (preferred).
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with General Managers to achieve results and uphold McDonald’s values.
• Build strong relationships with crew, leadership, and customers.
• Ensure managers maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Drive restaurants to meet or exceed budget goals (labor, sales, profit, food cost, and controllables).
• Enforce operational and company policies.
• Support the staffing process.
• Develop managers to perform at their best.
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Execute and refine operational plans.
• Review reports, analyze performance, and create action plans to address gaps.
• Follow up daily to ensure progress.
• Manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills.
