Job summary

MDT McDonald’s is seeking a Supervisor to lead restaurant operations and drive profitability in a high-volume environment. You will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards across locations.

You will collaborate with General Managers to set goals, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to improve performance. A strong background in quick service and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager of a Quick Service restaurant for at least 5–10 years.
• Driver’s License and a Vehicle.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including crew members and shift leaders.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
