Phelps and Chancellor, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead multiple McDonald’s locations, coaching teams to achieve operational excellence and strong customer service. You will work with General Managers to hit budget goals and maintain McDonald’s standards across restaurants.

This full-time role requires leadership, multitasking, and regular travel to assigned sites. Prior GM or district management experience in quick-service is preferred, with Hamburger University or related credentials

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.
• Experience in quick-service or casual dining preferred.
