McDonald’s is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and maintain quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work with General Managers to set goals, coach salaried managers, and drive profitability in a multi-restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a supervisor role within quick-service restaurants or hospitality, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to lead teams through high-demand

Qualifications

• Experience as GM/Supervisor or District Manager in a Quick Service restaurant (QSR) for 5–10 years.
• Driver’s license and a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including crew members and shift leaders.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all procedures, food safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Monitor inventory and collaborate with management to order supplies.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation for consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
