Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee operational performance and guest experience across multiple restaurant locations. You will coach General Managers, audit operations, and drive brand standards with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will monitor KPIs, lead safety and compliance, and develop talent for internal promotions while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and timely issue

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience; GM experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers and department leaders to achieve KPIs.
• Audit stores and monitor operating metrics (OSAT, labor cost, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
• Facilitate regular GM meetings and communication with upper management.
• Analyze KPI reports and drive improvement initiatives.
