Qualifications

• Proven track record managing upscale, high-volume venues.
• Strong financial management: budgeting, forecasting, P&L.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with openings/new initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with staff, vendors, guests.
• Proficiency in MS 365 and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple NYC restaurant locations.
• Develop SOPs to streamline operations and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, implement improvements.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensure financial targets.
• Conduct regular P&L reviews and report to senior management.
