You will hire and coach FOH/BOH leaders, manage labor and costs, and partner with culinary leadership on menus. This role rewards performance with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience running full-service restaurant operations, ideally across more than one concept.
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining FOH and BOH managers.
- Strong grasp of P&L management, cost controls, and labor management.
- Experience partnering with culinary and beverage leadership on menu development and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a strong guest-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Owns all operations across two restaurants, from guests to P&L.
- Develops leaders who make smart decisions when you’re not in the room.
- Builds systems and processes to drive consistent performance across sites.
- Turns the company promise into daily reality shift after shift through managers and teams.
- Leads with values alignment to ensure guest-first culture and excellence.
