Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager at the General Manager level to lead operations across multiple locations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and solid financial performance. The role will involve stepping in as Acting GM or supporting current leadership teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

You will own day-to-day operations, staffing, and business performance, coach teams, ensure brand standards, and drive cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, including operations, staffing, and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of guest service principles, including guest needs assessment and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of financial management, including labor control and cost management.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance standards within the food service industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in changing environments and teams.
• Proficient computer skills, including reporting and operational systems (InfoGenisis preferred).
• Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity in all situations.
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations, staffing, and business performance across locations.
• Step in as Acting General Manager or support existing leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead by example, driving consistency, coaching teams, upholding brand standards, and ensuring compliance.
• Manage labor and cost controls, resolve guest concerns, and support company initiatives.
• Your leadership will directly impact operational success across multiple units.
