Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking two Restaurant General Managers to lead a full-service resort restaurant in Kihei, Hawaii. We’re looking for driven, experienced leaders with an ownership mentality to drive guest satisfaction and hit sales goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing, training, and developing staff across two restaurants, managing budgets, and building a strong team. Experience with multi-unit openings is a plus and relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a General Manager.
• 8-10 years in the F&B industry overall.
• Ownership mentality.
• New restaurant opening experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and develop all staff.
• Ability to manage two restaurants simultaneously
• Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business
