Hospitality Management Group in the Midwest seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its Food & Beverage teams across multiple operations. Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, coordinate orders, check quality, and assist in menu development to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a Casual or Upscale Casual brand.
• 5-10 years of proven leadership in a similar environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality-related majors or Business Administration is preferred.
• Proven track record of Team Building and the development and implementation of standards and consistency.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check freshness and quality of all Food & Beverage products
• Assist in the development of menu items
