Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Scratch Kitchen experience with a strong appreciation for food quality and execution.
• Proven leadership skills with a servant-leader mentality.
• Strong business acumen and experience managing sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
