Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee multiple facilities in the corrections and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on directing food service operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate on-site reporting of financial, production, and activity data.

The position requires Supervisory experience, a ServSafe certification, and a strong background in purchasing, inventory, and cost control. Hybrid work location is available with onsite duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• SERV Safe Certified.
• At least five years of food service experience in a correctional setting.
• Multi-unit supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage food service operations for multiple facilities.
• Train and supervise team members to meet job standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and laws.
• Maintain on-site reports of daily and monthly data.
• Ensure sanitary food service environment per Health Department codes.
• Manage contract compliance and cost control.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
