Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 5 years of corrections or large-scale food service operations experience.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional food service operations with focus on quality and service.
• Develop action plans for units not meeting standards and implement them.
• Provide leadership to project teams and assist in strategic planning.
• Prepare and present reports to IT and business partners.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage timelines and budgets.
