The role involves filling in at operations with vacant management positions and developing actionable improvement plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corrections-related food service, multi-unit supervision, and strong proficiency in MS Office to analyze financial and operational data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years of corrections-related hospitality/food service experience is valued.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical reports and financial statements.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and cost control is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous multi-unit supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop action plans.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage food service operations across the region to ensure quality, cleanliness and service.
• Develop action plans for units not meeting standards and implement improvements.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and guide cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project activities within the project plan and budget.
• Establish department metrics and monitor performance to standards.
