Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group and Courtesy Products) seeks a Project Manager to oversee food service operations within the region, promoting quality and service.

You will develop action plans for underperforming units and provide strategic leadership across units. The role requires 5+ years in corrections food service, multi-unit supervision, and strong financial/operational skills; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience; must be at least 18.
• At least five (5) years' of Corrections experience in a large scale food service operation is preferred.
• Previous multi-unit supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical reports and journals, and financial reports.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as menu management, COG analysis, weekly operating reports, financial statements.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and cost control is desired.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
