Henri’s Bakery & Deli is seeking an experienced Front of House District Manager to oversee five retail locations and to develop General Managers and future leaders. This hands-on, field-based role drives operational consistency, performance, and an exceptional guest experience across all stores.

You will also supervise store-level catering execution while broader catering strategy remains with the Director of FOH Operations. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, retail, bakery, deli, or hospitality management experience.
• Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing managers.
• Strong understanding of sales, labor, staffing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong problem-solving and accountability skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to travel between all five Henri’s locations.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop five General Managers.
• Hold GMs accountable for sales, labor, staffing, service, and operational performance.
• Conduct regular visits to all locations and ensure consistent execution of Henri’s standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, staffing, scheduling, and store performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Maintain standards for bakery and deli case presentation, product availability, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, and operating procedures are consistently followed.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Develop and mentor Shift Leads as future leaders, helping create a strong leadership pipeline for Henri’s.
• Work with GMs to identify high-potential Shift Leads and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Help establish clear expectations and development plans for Shift Leads preparing for future management roles.
• Support recruiting, training, retention, and leadership development.
• Ensure store-level catering orders are accurate, on time, and executed to company standards.
• Help GMs identify opportunities to grow retail and catering sales.
• Track performance and provide regular updates to the Director of Front of House Operations.
• Support new initiatives, operational improvements, and company-wide projects.
