Henri’s Bakery & Deli in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dynamic retail leader to oversee daily operations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and drive sales growth across bakery, deli and catering.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, ServSafe certification preferred, and a proven ability to train staff, manage schedules, and lead a high-volume team with hands-on leadership. You will lead by example and reinforce a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management or lead role within food & beverage.
• 2+ years of experience leading and training associate staff.
• Current ServSafe certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to work at least 45 hours per week and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure location readiness before, during and after shifts.
• Maintain high staff accountability for responsibilities.
• Interact with staff and customers to gather feedback for improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to delight customers and maintain loyalty.
• Lead walk-in customers to deliver high-level service and experience.
• Support cleanliness and ServSafe compliance with daily schedules.
• Develop and maintain sales, labor and profitability benchmarks.
• Assist with scheduling, interviewing and training.
• Lead by example and participate in shifts when needed.
• Handle inventory, purchasing, receiving and store organization.
• Maintain knowledge of bakery, deli and catering offerings.
• Lead catering activities when applicable.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on investments, marketing and staffing.
