Horizon Hospitality seeks a strategic District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume New York City locations, bridging corporate strategy with store-level execution and shaping the operating culture of a premier fast-casual brand.

In this growth-focused role you will mentor General Managers, drive profitability via P&L analysis, and lead NSO openings while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction in a fast-paced urban environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Proven track record of developing store managers into leaders.
• Strong analytical capabilities in P&L, labor forecasting, scheduling, and costs.
• Experience planning and executing New Store Openings (NSOs).
• Excellent time management and autonomy in dense urban markets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned locations to hit operational, performance, and guest targets.
• Oversee staffing, training, guest service standards, vendor management, and upkeep.
• Drive profitability through budgeting, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Coach General Managers to build high-performing teams and morale.
• Conduct site audits on food quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Lead NSOs to ensure successful market launches and integration.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and Accounting on recruitment and reporting.
