Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an energetic District Manager to lead a district of 8 bakery locations. You will coach Bakery Managers, drive sales growth, maintain brand standards, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all locations.

Your role includes developing leaders, managing staffing, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating on initiatives to sustain high performance and a strong culture. Travel between bakeries is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multiple locations in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to develop managers and leaders.
• Strong skills in driving sales, labor management, and guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Bakery Managers across 8 locations.
• Build a leadership pipeline and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Provide clear expectations, feedback, recognition, and accountability.
• Partner with Bakery Managers on recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Create a culture based on HEART values: Helpful, Excited, Accountable, Ready, Willing & Able, Trustworthy.
• Ensure brand standards and operational expectations are consistently met.
• Monitor baking, frosting, cleanliness, food safety, inventory, and labor.
• Identify and act on operational challenges with improvement plans.
• Staff appropriately and optimize team utilization across locations.
• Collaborate on systems, processes, and company initiatives.
• Drive district sales, review KPIs, and implement improvement actions.
• Coach on labor management and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Support local fundraising, partnerships, catering, events, and sales opportunities.
• Hold leaders accountable for achieving district and bakery goals.
• Champion exceptional guest experiences and address feedback.
• Develop action plans for underperforming bakeries and sustain improvements.
• Maintain regular district communication and lead calls with clear priorities.
