Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts & Coffee is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations across a defined territory. You will drive brand standards, financial performance, and guest experience while coaching General Managers and building high-performing teams in a fast-growth restaurant environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, travel within the district, and strong P&L ownership to achieve EBITDA targets and growth across corporate and franchise stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant or café leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success managing 3 to 15+ locations.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen.
• Experience in fast-paced fast casual, QSR, coffee, bakery, or fast-luxe concepts.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned district, area, region, and multistate locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 locations (corporate and/or franchise) within an assigned district.
• Ensure consistent execution of LaMar’s Core Values, brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, service expectations, recipes, service model, and café presentation.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between store leadership and corporate headquarters.
