Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supervisory role within food service, preferably quick service.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Experience in staffing, training and development with focus on operations execution.
• Strong communication to lead diverse teams and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned locations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Train, mentor and develop staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Implement training programs focused on service excellence, food safety and efficiency.
• Approve restaurant schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Oversee inventory management and minimize waste.
