Travel to various restaurant locations within the designated area is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in quick service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Ability to manage shifts and staffing for peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across locations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to improve performance.
• Implement training programs focusing on service, food safety, and efficiency.
• Approve restaurant schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
