Qualifications

• Ability to lead diverse teams and train staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned locations and ensure policy compliance.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to improve performance.
• Implement training programs focusing on service, safety, and efficiency.
• Approve schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Oversee inventory and minimize waste, ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate on strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
