Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in quick-service food service.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to staff, train, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership for diverse teams.
• Experience in shift management to maintain operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across locations, ensuring policy compliance.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff.
• Implement training programs emphasizing service quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Approve schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Oversee inventory and minimize waste.
