Job summary

POP MART is seeking a District Manager for the New York City market to lead multiple stores, driving sales, operations, and customer experiences across the district. You will align Store Managers with corporate initiatives and coordinate cross-functionally to support growth in North America.

You will recruit and develop leadership, monitor key metrics, and ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand execution across locations, including ROBO Shop operations where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, and expenses.
• Ability to analyze business performance and use data to drive results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the New York market.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail stores to achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operational objectives.
• Coach and mentor Store Managers to strengthen leadership and execution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top retail talent with succession plans.
• Monitor metrics: sales, conversion, average ticket, units per transaction, labor productivity.
• Ensure stores execute POP MART visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and asset protection.
• Support new store openings, product launches, campaigns, and inventory initiatives.
• Oversee ROBO Shop operations, uptime, and drive sales performance.
