POP MART is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across five store locations in the Philadelphia region. You will drive KPIs, including sales targets, ATV, UPT, and shrink control, while coaching store managers to high performance.

• 3–5+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Store Manager experience and multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between locations.
• Experience with staffing, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations for five store locations, ensuring standards are met.
• Drive KPIs including sales targets, ATV, UPT, membership, and shrink control.
• Coach, mentor, and develop store managers and teams to maintain high performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development with the District Manager.
• Manage staffing levels and payroll to align with labor budgets.
• Travel between locations to observe, audit, and coach operations.
• Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Construction, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Merchandising.
• Lead ROBO Shop operations within the area and optimize performance.
