Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza in Texas seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants. You will supervise restaurant management, conduct meetings and store visits to ensure consistent execution of standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to advise Restaurant Managers, perform reviews and safety audits, analyze profit and loss data, and help with local store marketing.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret profit and loss statement data and create action plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple Little Caesars locations.
• Supervise restaurant management, conduct meetings and store visits to ensure consistent execution.
• Provide guidance to Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits to evaluate service quality and operations.
• Perform performance reviews and security/safety audits, manage cash effectively.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales and cost control figures; meet with Managers to discuss P&L and set improvement goals.
• Assist with local store marketing initiatives.
