Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants in the San Antonio area. You will supervise restaurant management, conduct visits, and ensure consistent execution of company direction across locations.

The role requires exceptional leadership, strong math skills, and the ability to analyze profit and loss data to drive improvements. Must be 21+, able to commute to San Antonio and willing to work approx.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (evenings & weekends).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Able to analyze and interpret profit and loss data to create action plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management and conduct meetings/store visits.
• Counsel Restaurant Managers on decisions and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews and unannounced visits to evaluate service and operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and safety audits; manage cash controls.
