Blaze Pizza is seeking a District Manager to lead several units within a state, driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will supervise restaurant leaders, coordinate with the corporate office, and guide daily operations across the district in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a track record of managing multi-unit teams, strong leadership, and the ability to develop talent, execute sales plans, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
• Experience overseeing and supporting Restaurant Managers in an area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants.
• Serve as liaison between District units and the corporate office with strong communication.
• Drive daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including COGS and labor.
• Motivate and develop General Managers and restaurant teams to achieve excellence.
• Lead efforts to maximize sales and profits through outstanding guest service.
