Job summary

Little Caesars in the Texas area seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants, lead store managers, and ensure consistent direction across locations.

You will conduct meetings, store visits, reviews, and profit/sales analysis, mentor managers, and support local store marketing. Willing to work ~55 hours weekly; must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong math skills.
• A college degree or 4+ years of management experience in business, management, or marketing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management and conduct meetings and store visits.
• Advise and counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits.
• Perform performance reviews and safety audits; manage cash handling.
• Analyze daily/weekly/period-end sales and costs; review P&L with managers.
• Support local store marketing and profitability improvements.
