Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple restaurants in the region. You will supervise restaurant management, conduct store visits, ensure consistent operations, and coach Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.

You will perform performance reviews, audits, and cash management to maintain safety and profitability. Travel to San Antonio-area stores is required, with a focus on driving improvements and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Strong math skills and a college degree, or 4+ years of management experience in business, management, or related field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervises restaurant management and conducts meetings and store visits to ensure direction is implemented and consistency.
• Advises and counsels Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conducts store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced store visits to evaluate service, cleanliness, and management operations.
• Performs performance reviews.
• Conducts security/safety audits and cash management duties for a safe work environment.
• Collects and processes daily, weekly, and period end paperwork.
• Monitors profitability and reviews P&L with Restaurant Managers to set improvement goals.
• Assists in executing local store marketing.
