Little Caesars Pizza is seeking a Field Training Manager to build and supervise a team across Texas, guiding Trainees to become Co-Managers and ensuring adherence to Little Caesars SOPs.

You will recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff, plan labor, and manage costs, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced restaurant environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a management role in a quick-service restaurant.
• Must be certified as a Little Caesars Manager for 6 months to 1 year, depending on performance, or Franchise Representative with 9 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate team members following company procedures.
• Schedule labor and manage daily/period end activities.
• Ensure cost controls and financial performance meet targets.
• Lead local store marketing events and in-store promotions.
• Teach trainees the Co-Manager functions using standardized training methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and company policies.
