Job summary

Pizza Hut, Staab Management’s Midwest franchise, seeks an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest experience while upholding high standards of operations and food quality.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong P&L skills, and willingness to travel. You’ll influence teams, execute initiatives, and shape future leaders across the footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
