Job summary

Little Caesars - Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Area Operations Coach to lead and support a group of restaurants within our brand. This multi-unit leadership role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and people development across a designated zone.

You’ll mentor General Managers, drive sales, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and manage budgets and forecasts to deliver strong results while providing guests with exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of multi-unit leadership in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze financials, manage budgets, and drive results.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Mentor GMs and support succession planning.
• Drive sales and profitability through ops execution and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and standards compliance.
• Conduct audits and KPI reviews for improvements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
• Oversee facilities for safety and operations.
