Formación

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit or district-level food service management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven coaching and development of managerial staff.
• Proven ability to drive employee, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Desire to develop team and own development.
• Time management to meet objectives.
• Ability to communicate restaurant standards to staff.

Responsabilidades

• Build management by selecting, training and developing managerial employees.
• Establish unit performance targets in employee satisfaction, guest service and margins.
• Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specs.
