Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in food service management at multi-unit or district level.
• Proven ability to develop managers and drive profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build management by selecting, training and developing managerial employees.
• Set and review unit-specific targets for satisfaction, guest service and margins.
• Maintain food safety and brand standards across locations.
• Respond quickly to guest service needs and exercise sound decision making.
• Hold managers accountable and act when needed.
• Introduce new products and initiatives and reinforce them.
• Coach teams to meet customer expectations and develop strategies.
• Analyze area financials, identify trends and drive sales growth.
• Ensure processes and goals are followed to improve operations.
